Welcome to The Supplierdays, the largest autumn trade fair in Northern Europe. We have done our best to create the most interesting event possible. With more than 250 exhi bitors from 17 countries and an engaging program, it’s al most impossible not to spend two full days here. Our organization is committed to making the event as en joyable as possible for visitors. Unfortunately, we have no control over the weather, but everything else within our con trol, we strive to handle as well as we can. This year, you will see a QR code at each booth. If the people at the booth are too busy, simply scan the QR code with your phone, and you will always have the details of that exhibitor at hand. Networking Event After the first day of the fair, there will be a networking event at 6:00 PM—co-organized by PPP—where you can network while enjoying snacks and drinks. Night of the PromZ Starting at 7:00 PM, PromZ will host the festive Night of the PromZ, where the annual awards will be presented. Wi-Fi Expo Houten provides free Wi-Fi to exhibitors and visitors. You can use the free network throughout the event. The Supplierdays is the annual event for everyone working in the promotional products industry. The trade fair was ini tiated twelve years ago by Het Portaal (publisher of PromZ Vak) and has since been organized in collaboration with the industry association Platform Promotional Products (PPP). Over two days, more than 250 suppliers and manufacturers from seventeen countries present their latest offerings to suppliers of promotional products and corporate gifts. Access Policy The Supplierdays are only accessible to manufacturers, distributors, and (sub)suppliers of promotional products and services. We reserve the right to deny entry to individu als who do not meet this condition. If you are unsure, please contact us. Members of Platform Promotional Products have free admission and receive complimentary lunch and drinks during their visit to the fair. Non-members pay €27.00 (exclu ding VAT, including lunch and refreshments). Opening Hours The fair is open on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. QR- Codes at the booths-how it works Scan the QR code at a booth, enter your email address once, and then scan each booth you wish to visit. You will automa tically receive the exhibitor’s contact information. Catering The Supplierdays offers visitors free drinks and a compli mentary lunch on the exhibition floor.

At the end of the first day of the trade fair on September 4th, the awards for Distributor and Supplier of the Year will traditionally be presented during the Night of the PromZ. This year, several changes have been made, which I will briefly explain DISTRIBUTOR AND SUPPLIER OF THE YEAR 2024

NOMINATIONS

For the first time, the nominations were determined by the market (through online voting). Suppliers could nominate distributors, and distributors could nominate their favorite suppliers.

JURY EVALUATION After the nomination process (where the companies with the most mentions were identified), two expert juries assessed the companies based on a wide ran ge of criteria, from professional expertise to sustainability, and much more. This year, we also considered factors such as mem bership in industry organizations (PPP for the Netherlands and BAPP for Belgium) and certificati ons like EcoVadis and B-Corp.

AWARDS There are awards to be won in the following categories. For Distribu tor of the Year, the categories are Distributor of the Year Netherlands, Distributor of the Year Belgium, Best Online Performance, Best Start-up, and Distributor with the Most Public Votes. For Supplier of the Year, there are prizes in the categories of Generalist, Multi-Spe cialist, and Specialist.
